We gladly accept the major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. All credit card sales are subject to our credit card fraud verification system. Domestic order addresses within the continental US that are unconfirmed or to a PO Box will not be shipped. Due to the high dollar value of our items, we will only ship to the confirmed verified address you have on file with your credit card company or through your Paypal account. This is usually the address where you receive the credit card bill. If it is a PO Box you must list your actual address as a secondary shipping address with your credit card company and provide the customer service number for our confirmation. Sorry but due to the escalation in credit card fraud, there are no exceptions.

If the item is shipped to a Florida address we must add 6.5% state sales tax.

We do not accept payment via Western Union or wire transfer.


We will ship to International destinations but you must contact us for your shipping fees prior to purchasing. We will need a complete address and the UPC # of the product you are interested in to quote your shipping costs.


We warranty all new rims against any manufacturer's defects for one full year. There is a lifetime warrantee on the structure and one year on the face finish providing the wheel has been properly maintained. All O. E. Wheel Distributors wheels are TUV, JWL, VIA, SAE or DOT approved. We guarantee the rims to be straight and true.


You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. It’s imperative that you check them BEFORE you take them to your installer, oftentimes the installer will damage the product during the installation process. If the order is not complete or there is a problem, you must contact us within 48 hours of item receipt. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full purchase price refund, less shipping, handling, and restocking fees. You must call and arrange the return with one of our sales professionals. In addition, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

1. Product must be returned in NEW RESALABLE CONDITION, just as it was delivered. Items should be adequately insured through chosen carrier by customer for full value to insure replacement if item is damaged during return shipping. Customer is responsible for returning item in new, resalable condition. Item must be returned with all original packaging in proper place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLY TOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT WILL DAMAGE THE PRODUCT. Customer should take all necessary steps to insure items are properly secured and packaged to avoid damage during return trip. Any accessories should be packaged and secured inside return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc). Again, the customer is responsible for return in NEW RESALABLE CONDITION. We will not accept items for return that have been used, mounted on a vehicle, or improperly repackaged. In the event a damaged item is sent back to OE Wheel NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and the customer will be responsible for cost associated with shipping the damaged item back to them.

2. the item has not had a tire mounted on it, has not been mounted onto a vehicle or used in any other way. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MOUNTED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE! As noted in our policy, and on every box, the customer should “have a certified installer TEST FIT one wheel on front and rear of vehicle, ROTATE 360 degrees and check for proper clearances BEFORE mounting tires. Wheel is not returnable once tire has been mounted”

3. Item must be returned to OE Wheel Distributors within 7 days of customer receipt. Exchanged are allowed within 30 days, but customer is responsible for all applicable fees including but not limited to shipping, insurance and restock. No refunds or credit after 30 days.

OE Wheels will not accept items for return that have been used, mounted onto a vehicle, or returned with improperly repackaged. In the event a damaged item is sent back to OE Wheels, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and the customer will be responsible for cost associated with shipping the damaged item back to them.
